About About Armor Roofing: Armor Roofing is a fully licensed, bonded and insured commercial roofing contracting company serving all of Southern California. Story Armor Roofing is a fully licensed, bonded and insured commercial roofing contracting company serving all of Southern California since 1995. We install roofs from San Diego all the way to San Fernando Valley. We are in excellent standing with Worker's Compensation, as well as the Contractor's State License Board and all city building departments. We are in excellent standing with all our past and current clients as we work hard to keep our promises and exceed expectation. And finally, we are in excellent standing with all major manufacturers, being a certified installer for each. This is all because more than 20 years ago, we set out to build a highly manageable and professional, but fully accountable business. We are especially skilled in low-sloped roofing systems: cool cap; built-up roofing; shingles; and modified bitumen. As well as single-ply; TPO; EPDM; coatings; and more. We install new drains, wall-thru scuppers, gutters, and downspouts. We build crickets and tapered insulation, introduce new ventilation, install roof hatches and skylights, and build new curbs per code height. In addition, we also specialize in steep-slope including slate, copper, standing seam, clay, concrete, wood shake, and all composites. We install products staggered or straight app. We perform all tear-off, carpentry, new insulation, and install UV Radiant, solar lighting and more. We have created a reputation among the commercial/industrial world as a leader in roofing and waterproofing that installs long-lasting solutions quickly and professionally down to the last detail. We ensure to take every precaution available to us prior to starting every project as each project comes with its own unique challenges. At the planning stage and, subsequently, at the tailgate meeting, before any physical work begins, we create a Safety Plan of Action that includes the special cautions and precautions inherent in that specific job. We walk the crews through the details of the specifications as well as through the obligations set forth by OSHA for commercial roofing. We train vigorously on all those potential injuries/accidents most affecting the commercial roofing industry, including scaffolding requirements, fall protection, and ladder requirements.
