About ODT Inspire is an all-star competitive cheer and dance team serving individuals who experience disablilities. Story Team Mission: We offer competitive cheerleading to help athletes develop not only their physical skills but social relationships and emotional well being while also preparing them for life outside of academics and athletics. At Oregon Dream Teams through our Inspire Special Athletes Program we use cheerleading as a vehicle to access your athlete and mentor them through the complexities of teamwork, reliability, dependability, and sportsmanship.
