About As the first state-certified batch ice creamery in Arizona, we manufacture handcrafted ice creams, gelato, sorbets, yogurts, and other frozen treats. Story Since 2007, Doc’s Artisan Ice Creams has been mixing fresh, local ingredients to create premium quality, handcrafted ice creams, gelato, sorbets, and other frozen treats for the retail and wholesale market. While our focus is fulfilling orders for other businesses, we’re also open a short period of time during the day for retail customer sales. Soon we’ll even be able to ship our frozen treats anywhere across the country! Our products are made only with the highest quality ingredients available. We use locally-produced and sourced ingredients that are GMO-free, gluten-free, preservative-free, and have no added coloring or dyes. You’ll be able to find our ice creams in a variety of forms from pints to three-gallon tubs and everything in between. So, grab a spoon and dig into one of our 120 flavors. Coconut Lemongrass Lime sorbet, anyone?
