About Grass fed BURGERS, Grass fed Steaks, Tacos, Fresh Fish, Salads, Gourmet Hot Dogs, made from fresh and local ingredients Cooked to order! Story VJ's meats all come from our Butcher Shop next door to our Food Truck! VJ's Butcher Block! All our beef is 100% grass fed. Burgers are made in house using fresh never frozen ground beef. Hot Dogs are made and smoked in house. Casing is NON GMO. The smoker set up is right next door to the food truck as well! Steaks are cut to order at the Butcher Shop! Fish is fresh never frozen, local only! Salads are made using organic greens! VJ's strives to use local product when possible. Natural is top priority, so no preservatives, dyes, NO GMO's no garbage!
