About Creating a New Norm - Changing the way people think about food Story Choosing to substitute well-balanced meals with a happy meals and processed foods has become a social norm and has lead to an increase in obesity, disease, and unhealthy fad diets. Reality is, there is no diet that will do what eating healthy does. Our mission is to help individuals create a new norm, expanding throughout generations by educating individuals and families on the benefits of consuming nutritious and wholesome foods; as well as engaging in physical activity to prevent and/or cure illnesses or enhance athletic performance. With access to quality information people invariably make better choices for their health and the health of the ones they love.
