About One Bite and You're Hooked! Story Mad Jacks is a Fresh Fish and Seafood market with a large counter displaying fresh fish and seafood. There is also the restaurant serving our famous catfish, and other wide range of fish, coated with our very own mix, "Mad Jacks Majic". Also sold in grocery stores.
