However CrossFit Prowess is much more than a place to reach your fitness goals. It is a community of new found friends who encourage and motive each other through achievement. Our objective is to teach you how to move better and achieve wellness through fitness and a healthy lifestyle. Each workout will be completed as a group with trainers teaching and then critiquing form. By properly learning the Olympic lifts, gymnastic movements and other functional compound (multi-joint) movements you will be able to perform better in life. We specialize in not specializing; we provide broad general fitness for everyone. All are welcome; CrossFit is 100% universally scalable. Anyone of any age ability or fitness level can come and achieve what was previously considered impossible.
