About We are a full service residential property management company with over 300 properties all over the Greater New Orleans area. Story Superior Property Management we assist in managing over 300 properties. Our responsibilities include owner and tenant acquisition and retention. We assist with tenant relations which includes facilitating property maintenance. We provide accurate market analysis for all rentals and typically lease between 15 to 30 units per month. We are able to help anyone from first-time home buyers to experienced investment buyers buy and sell homes. Additionally, we handle a large volume of HUD (Section 8), UNITY, and Tax Credit (Section 42) properties. These responsibilities include working with the designated government offices directly and complying with all rules and regulations.
