Story Clinical Nephrology Associates is an independent medical practice that has been providing sophisticated care for patients with kidney diseases and high blood pressure in the Philadelphia region since 1974. The physicians in our practice take great pride in building relationships with the patients we treat, helping them navigate the complex nature of kidney disease and ultimately improving their life. Patient-Centered Care Clinical Nephrology Associates has a main office in Central Philadelphia and several satellite office locations, including South Philadelphia, North Philadelphia, Northeast Philadelphia and New Jersey. We strive to see our patients in a timely manner and provide adequate time for a thorough history, exam, medication review and discussion regarding test results and a plan of care. We maintain an open line of communication with primary-care physicians and other specialists involved in the care of patients we treat. An advantage of our independence is our ability to maintain credentials and staff privileges at multiple hospitals throughout Philadelphia, making it convenient to provide acute care for our patients. Our ability to care for our patients in multiple locations helps us maintain continuity of care by making the transition from hospital to outpatient setting as seamless as possible.
