Story
AM Pilates & Posture studio is equipped with one of the most innovative pieces of equipment: the Reformer/Trapeze combination machine (see pics for details).

AM Pilates & Posture is truly for everybody! With over 10 years of experience, I am able to give you a session of your choice, whether you are looking to tone up and slim down, and/or are suffering from pain.

Equipped with 2 Reformers, we offer semi-private lessons for friends, couples, family members, co-workers, whoever you would like to share your workout with.

In addition to my specialties, I have worked with clients who have ALS (Lou Gherig's disease), Multiple Sclerosis, severe back problems, knee and shoulder issues, fused disks, and other ailments.

My specialized equipment allows for multiple training modalities and easily adapts to all clients needs.

-Facility-
AM Pilates & Posture  is located in the 515 Rose St. Pilates studio.

The private studio has a full bathroom complete with a shower. Feel free to use the facility to it's fullest.

We have complimentary cold water for you and a full kitchen where you are welcome to hang out before or after your lesson.

AM Pilates & Posture studio faces the back patio and offers a beautiful view of the lusciously landscaped garden.

-Off Site Pilates-
