"Randy Sprecher established the first craft brewery in Milwaukee, WI since Prohibition.Around 1972, Randy applied to special coursework in fermentation science at UC-Davis.Randy went on to create his own brewery, Sprecher, which included a hand-built gas-fired brew kettle.
