About I am Dr. Thomas E. Malanga. I have been a practicing chiropractor in Verona for the past 30 years. Story I am Dr. Thomas E. Malanga. I have been practicing in Verona for the past 30 years. **TUESDAY & THURSDAY HOURS - BY APPOINTMENT ONLY ** I attended Wilkes University in Wilkes Barre PA. I graduated from Los Angles College of Chiropractic with a B.S. degree in Biology and a Doctorate of Chiropractic (D.C) degree in 1982. I am a member of The National Board of Chiropractic Examiners. I am a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician. I am also certified in Scoliosis Screening and Treatment. Additionally, I have done extensive post graduate work in the following areas: Nutrition Core Strengthening and Therapeutic Exercise Prescriptive Stretching Thai massage Qi Gong and Mind /body Methodologies Functional and Kinetic Treatment with Rehabilitation Extremity Adjusting Evaluation and management of Neuromusculoskeletal Conditions of the Spine Our office uses Gentle Chiropractic Adjustments, the latest in Physical therapy modalities ,massage therapy along with certain Nerve and muscle diagnostic testing. We also offer consultations on Exercise, stretching, proper nutrition, diet , weight loss and life style changes to help the patient reach optimal health. many of our patients have been on a number of prescription medications for long periods of time and through their treatment and consultations have been able to get off or reduce the medications they had been taking. I am very excited to have added Acupuncture to our practice. Deanna Carell has been with us for one year and the results have been amazing. Acupuncture keeps with our tradition of offering All Natural Alternative therapies to help you lead a healthy and active lifestyle. We employ an excellent billing service that will qualify and submit all insurance forms on your behalf. This keeps the up front and out of pocket expenses to you at a minimum. We also have programs for people who do not have health insurance. We treat work related and auto accident patients. We will fill out all necessary paperwork and will work with your attorney until the case is concluded.
