Story Cypress Martial Arts and Fitness has been in the Cypress area since 2004. We offer traditional, ITF TaeKwon Do for children and adults, all in our unique family atmosphere. Teaching Self Defense is the purpose of everything we do. Our Krav Maga classes teach students real world self defense techniques. We offer classes for Adults, Youth and Children starting in 2nd grade. Our Kickboxing classes offer a great workout for any fitness level. From Cardio Kickboxing to a typical Kickboxing training workout, there's a class for everyone. All of our fitness classes offer complete conditioning and strength training.
