About Our menu may be French-influenced, but it’s Colorado grown. Coohills partners with local and regional farmers for fresh produce, fish, poultry and meats. Story On the banks of Cherry Creek in LoDo within walking distance to the Convention Center, Pepsi Center, Invesco Field, Coors Field, Union Station and the 16th Street Mall. Featuring local, regional, organic, farm fresh food, small or large plates, lunch & dinner, charcuterie, patisserie, wines from the Americas & Europe, local micro brews and a daily cocktail hour. Proprietor and Chef Owner Tom Coohill trained with culinary masters at the three-star Michelin L'Oustau de Baumaniere in France, the five-star Mobile Le Francais in Illinois and Le Ste. Germain and Ma Maison in Los Angeles. He has been invited as a Guest Chef at the James Beard House in New York and was the owner of the renowned Ciboulette in Atlanta.
