About A soccer-centric sports bar in the Hecht Warehouse at Ivy City. Story Dock FC is DC's first soccer centric sports bar. Inspired by owner Ari Gejdenson's time playing professional soccer abroad and his life long love for the game and the camaraderie and community that surrounds it, Dock FC is instantly DC's premiere gathering spot for all lovers of the world's most popular sport. Dock FC takes its name from the great FC (Football Club) powerhouses in international soccer while paying homage to its DC location, the site of the original loading dock of the historic Hecht Warehouse in Ivy City. Multiple large screen tvs and projectors will cover the stylish tiled walls with the beautiful game from open-close, but also show plenty of coverage of DC sports teams as well as lesser known in America but popular international spectator sports such as rugby, cricket, and Aussie rules football. The beer-centric bar will feature local craft beers as well as soccer fan favorite brews from around the world. A concise collection of handcrafted cocktails inspired by soccer greats such as The ‘Sir Alex,’ an old fashioned made with Scotch named for the legendary Scottish Manchester United manager. A food menu of tacos, ceviche, and guacamole offers a delicious option to snack on while watching your favorite teams.
