About Memberships ages 50+! Fitness classes ages 18+! Pool, fitness center, ballroom, cafe, social and educational programs! Story Get Fit, Make Friends, Have Fun! The Center is the premier wellness center in the metro, offering memberships for those aged 50 and older and fitness classes and aqua therapy for those aged 18 and older. The Center includes a 92-degree pool, fitness center filled with cardio equipment, Cybex machines, and free weights, a cafe with breakfast and lunch served on weekdays, an in-house massage therapist, a full-size ballroom with live big band dances on Wednesday nights, and Pickleball. Fitness programs include balance, strength, and flexibility assessments, over 100 weekly land and water classes Other programs include education and art and social groups. The Center also hosts three annual health fairs open to the community and partners with other agencies for numerous special events There are lots of opportunities to get involved.
