About We are a husband and wife run mobile food truck specializing in making delicious fish tacos at a convenient and affordable price. Now Opening a brick ASAP! Story Our goal is to provide a quick, healthy and tasty alternative for your "fast food" dining experience. With our clean fully equipped kitchen on wheels, we fresh cook and serve original California/Baja-style, crispy beer-battered fish tacos, blackened Ahi tuna as well as grilled chipotle lime seasoned Cod. All creations are topped with one of our 4 signature sauces. We pride ourselves in using all wild caught fish and local organic produce.
