About The Amenda Clinic offers a whole-person approach to mental health and addiction. True recovery happens at Amenda. Story The Amenda Clinic brings holistic, natural and integrative care to the front of the mental health field. Our therapies include naturopathy, biofeedback, acupuncture, medication management, medication tapering and discontinuation, psychotherapy, nutritional therapy, herbal and Chinese herbal medicine, and homeopathy. Our clinic was established in Portland, Oregon, in 2012 by naturopathic physician, Dr. Elissa Mendenhall, N.D. Amenda Clinic’s practitioners are committed to offering the best possible holistic mental healthcare to their patients and are creating groundbreaking progress in helping people address the core issues that cause mental and emotional dysfunction. Our guiding philosophy is to do no harm and to treat with the idea that the key to healing mental illness comes from a truly whole body, mind and spirit approach.
