We are not a franchise but a small, locally owned 'mom & pop' salad shop founded in Portland! Our goal is to provide you, our guest, with a fresh, filling, delicious salad that is chopped and tossed to YOUR specifications. Yes, that's right - we CHOP your salad before your very eyes with a 14 inch blade called a mezzaluna. Lite, medium or heavy chop - the heavier the chop the smaller ingredients. We have local beer, wine & cider on tap and Prosseco in the bottle. We also cater - energize your meetings and parties with delicious, satisfying salads & wraps!
