Story " The Krow’s Nest is the fruition of a dream shared by four life-long friends. At the start, two of the friends began to hatch a plan to make succulent, superior BBQ while at work. During this same time, the other two were thinking of how to remedy the horrors they had endured as they tried one awful meal after another at various BBQ spots in every part of the city in which they lived. They all came to realize that not all BBQ was created equally – and some of it was downright nasty! At that point, creative gears started turning. The early questions were simple, but powerful: What if we create our own line of unique, creative flavors that would appeal to every palate? How could our BBQ be not just ‘done’, but ‘done right’? After countless nights and weekends spent holed up in one kitchen or another concocting flavors and conducting numerous taste tests, all while working full time jobs and taking care of the day to day demands of life, we fearless friends used every spare moment to perfect our delectable recipes.
