About Unicare Community Health Center is a Federally Qualified Health Center with clinics located in the San Bernardino and Los Angeles County. Story The mission of Unicare Community Health Center (UCHC) is to be community health care organization that treats everyone with dignity, respect and cultural sensitivity to help create an environment in which all can prosper. It is a nonprofit organization that provides multiservice such as medical, dental and behavioral health. Along with the different services that we provide, UCHC also offers a diverse selection of programs that are funded by the federal and state government; therefore, they are free to patients who meet the criteria.
