The Hawaii Yoga Institute 200HR Yoga Teacher Training Program provides comprehensive training for those who are ready to become nationally recognized yoga teachers.

Hawaii Yoga Institute is dedicated to encouraging your individual strengths. The 200HR Yoga Teacher Training Program meets the requirements of the national Yoga Alliance through an inquiry-based curriculum. It is designed to serve both people who desire a teaching career, and those who simply choose to deepen their personal understanding and practice.

In modern times it is imperative to have a well rounded yoga education. AT HYI you will enjoy a unique educational experience with an introduction to many yoga styles and traditions, to support the development of your own individual teaching voice. Your yoga certification will be in Multi-Style Yoga. You will learn these five styles of yoga:
     Hatha Yoga
     Vinyasa Yoga
     Yoga Therapy
     Yoga Dance
     Yoga Nidra

AND explore these amazing local treats:
     Hawaiian Dance
     Hawaiian Chanting
     Flow Arts (Hooping & Poi)
     Nature Hiking
