"Younique Fitness is directed and coached by Tamara Tangherlini. Her 23 years of gymnastics, dance and personal fitness experiences has allowed her to work at Local Gymnastics and Fitness Studios in California and Internationally. Having a degree in Kinesiology and certified as an ACE Fitness instructor she has now open her own School of Gymnastics, adding acrobatics and family fitness. Younique Fitness focuses on the kids progression as the interact with coach Tamara, learning the importance of why and how we develop the body and mindset to built each skill. We offer Parent-Tot, Pre-K, Kinder and recreational gymnastics to children +2 years. Pre-team and Competitive Team up to Level 3. Acrobatics for boys and girls. Adult 30 min Fitness."
