About CARA is a No-Kill Animal Rescue in Jackson, MS that cares for an average of 300 neglected, abused or unwanted pets daily. ADOPT -- DONATE -- VOLUNTEER Mission The Primary Goals of CARA -- 1. Cook the rice per instructions on package. Mix all the ingredients together & let cool. Place in quart size Ziploc freezer bags. ********************************************** VETERINARY SUPPLIES 1.
