About We teach the basics of Louisiana Cooking in a way you'll never forget. Fun is the primary ingredient in our kitchen! Our Cajun/ Creole experts teach New Orleans specialties such as Gumbo, Jambalaya and Pralines and season them with history and humor! Mission We offer a demonstration cooking class and lunch everyday from 10am-12:30pm and an additional demonstration class Monday-Saturday afternoons from 2-4pm. Hands-On classes are available Friday evenings from 6-9pm and Sundays from 3-6pm. We also offer private demonstration classes, hands-on cooking classes, team building events and off-site demonstrations and events. For more information or to make a reservation please call 1-800-237-4841. Products Our Louisiana General Store is open for business 9am-6pm Monday - Saturday, 9am-4pm on Sundays. We are located at 524 St. Louis St. in the French Quarter. We carry a full line of Cajun and Creole products, cookbooks, spices, gift baskets, cookware, and our famous seasoning Joe's Stuff™.
