About The non-profit Treetops Kitty Café is dedicated to finding permanent homes for rescued cats. We sell pet supplies, drinks & snacks, and for a small donation fee, visitors can sit & mingle with our many adorable adoptable cats. Story Treetops Kitty Cafe is run by the non-profit Treetops Animal Rescue. We are the first Cat Cafe in Chester County, and only the 4th in PA! Mission Our mission is to rescue adoptable lost, abandoned, or surrendered animals; to supply needed care and medical attention including being spayed/neutered; to provide them with re-socialization in foster homes; and to place them in permanent adoptive homes where they will be loved and properly cared for.
