About Bogdan Orthodontics is committed to excellence in orthodontic treatment. The primary goal of enhancing the lives of patients. Story Dr. Mark Bogdan Dr. Mark Bogdan earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Fairfield University in Connecticut. He continued his education at the University of Maryland Dental School, graduating Magna Cum Laude and receiving his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree (DDS). Similar to his father, Dr. Bogdan received the honor of being selected into the prestigious national dental honor society, Omicron Kappa Upsilon. He then completed his residency in Orthodontics at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. Aside from orthodontics, baseball season consumes much of Dr. Bogdan’s spare time. He enjoys following the entire baseball season, as well as attending Yankee Stadium to watch his favorite team win another World Series Championship. A large number of memorabilia can be seen when visiting the office. He also enjoys skiing and trying to learn how to keep the golf ball out of the woods! Dr. Frank Bogdan Dr. Bogdan graduated from Mt. St. Mary’s College in 1970 where he received a B.S. degree in Biology. He pursued his dental education at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, being awarded his Doctor of Dental Medicine (D.M.D.) in 1973 and Certificate in Orthodontics in 1976. Currently, he is president of the UMDNJ Orthodontic Alumni Society, a post at which he has been serving since 1997. Orthodontics and teaching have always been his passion. He has done lectures for Orthodontic Societies, Study Groups, and Universities across the United States, Mexico, and Europe. The one and two day presentations on the ‘Damon System’ and advancements in jaw orthopedics have been well received. In addition, he heads up the regional Damon study group of Orthodontists utilizing this state-of-the-art treatment system. Dr. Bogdan is an avid skier and enjoys playing most sports including softball, golf and soccer. Whether it is radio, television or at the stadium you would be hard pressed to find a more avid Yankee fan. Scattered throughout the office you’ll find Yankee, Met and other baseball memorabilia as evidence of that passion."Orthodontist"
