About The doctors at Lanzi Burke Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery look forward to meeting with you one on one to discuss your individual treatment needs. Story The doctors at Lanzi Burke Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery specialize in the surgical treatment of the oral cavity and facial structures. Our treatments range from tooth extractions including wisdom teeth, to placement of dental implants, management of facial trauma and pathology, orthognathic surgery and temporomandibular joint disorders. Our training allows the delivery of in office local and general anesthesia and IV sedation. We are affiliated with several area surgical centers and are long time staff at Cooper Hospital, where our most complex cases are performed. In addition, we are team doctors for the Philadelphia Flyers hockey team and manage all oral/facial surgery needs for the players both on and off the ice. We take pride in our ability to work as a team with your general dentist, orthodontist, prosthodontist or other care provider to deliver an excellent treatment experience from start to finish.
