About www.myinnerlightyoga.com Story Inner Light Yoga is a warm, welcoming space for all levels of yoga experience. Our classes are grounded in the truth and principles of yoga, presented in the vinyasa (flow) style. Each class infuses breath work (pranayama), challenging and healing asanas (postures), mindfulness, devotional intention and yoga philosophy. We are a Wilmington based yoga studio, living within the wider community of FIT, nestled near the Delaware Art Museum and Brandywine Park.
