About Wichita's neighborhood butcher and general store, in the Douglas Design District. Story Wichita's neighborhood butcher shop, located in the Douglas Design District where Old Town meets Downtown. We carry Creekstone Premium Black Angus Beef, Heritage Red Wattle Pork from Wendland Farms, Rare Hare Barn Rabbits, and Good Shepherd Poultry. We also have a nice selection of artisanal cheeses and La Quercia cured meats, along with locally sourced Heritage chicken eggs, house-made bacon and sausages, and a variety of locally sourced pantry goods.
