About R&D Paving for all your paving needs. Story R&D Paving is a fourth generation company and our family has been operating in municipal, commercial, and residential paving services for 40-plus years. We are the sister company to D&R Paving. In 2014 we purchased all new equipment, which we do every five years. That keeps us up to date with all the new technology. Our asphalt paver is equipped with an electronic depth control; which ensures you with an even and level surface. All of our rollers are equipped with vibratory compaction and all of our grading is set with transit to ensure proper drainage. Our firm carries complete liability insurance, protecting both ourselves and our customers from potential loss.
