This class will challenge your body in a new way, expect muscle endurance and muscle fatigue Kick Cardio Barre- this class is inspired by kickboxing, martial arts and strength movements., infused with dynamic interval based movements and ballet barre technique leading to muscle fatigue. make sure to bring tennis shoes. Haute Yoga Sculpt & Shred- Vinyasa Style Yoga flow using body weight and hand weights ranging from 2-10 pounds. Expect to get a excellent muscle endurance workout.
