Alabama native Ginny Powell has lived all around the United States, but the undeniable call of the South and Birmingham brought her home in 1999. A passion for "BHAM" began when she was a high school student at Alabama School of Fine Arts and spent her free time exploring the amazing urban landscape of downtown. With everything from a downtown infused with fine dining, gastro pubs, cool breweries and amazing music venues to close-nit suburban communities with award winning schools systems and beautiful Farmer's Markets, today's Birmingham is the crown-jewel of the South! Ginny is so excited to serve this amazing community and looks for any opportunity to introduce folks to BHAM. Ginny's love of community activism, cultural events, living local and technology are big drivers for how she approaches real estate.
