About We teach the fine art of Shaolin Kung Fu by nurturing agility and self-awareness through a culture of respect, discipline, and tradition. Story Established in 2001, the Shaolin Kung Fu Training Center is a warm, community environment where students of all ages and abilities are encouraged to strive toward their own limitless potential for growth in physical agility and self-awareness. Emphasizing discipline and concentration, Shifu Hengxin and Shimu Arlene uphold the traditions established at the Songshan Shaolin monastery over 1,500 years ago. Classes include Basic Techniques, Open-Hand Forms, Animal Forms, Weapons, Qigong, and Meditation. Mission Shaolin Kung Fu Training Center was established with a mission to preserve, cultivate and share the great tradition and art of Shaolin kung fu. The center welcomes students of all abilities, experience and stages of life, and the goal is always to push each individual to reach his or her full potential, with an emphasis on limitless possibility for improvement. We concentrate on training the body and mind while continuing the tradition of a beautiful art and its ideals of Clarity, Confidence and Courage. Classes include basic techniques, open-hand forms, animal forms, weapons, Qigong and meditation. Products Shaolin Kung Fu classes for adult and children. Qigong and Meditation classes for adult.
