Since 1995, David has represented hundreds of clients in estate planning for all individuals, partnered and married couples, and families of every stripe. Such estate planning has assured that the wishes of the client are carried out when circumstances no longer allow the client to speak for him or her self. In real estate, David formerly represented mortgaging banks at scores of closings and became very familiar with all the requirements and pitfalls that may hinder a transaction. William has now worked on real estate closings for 2 years as a paralegal and more recently as an attorney. We strongly believe that all open matters should be resolved before the closing so that there are as few complications as possible and that the closing will be a pleasant and uneventful one. William was admitted to the New York and New Jersey State Bars in 2015 and joined the firm as an Associate at that time. He has prepared estate plans and supervised execution ceremonies for Last Wills and Testaments, drafted filings for Probate and Administration proceedings, and represented numerous clients at real estate closings.
