About Rosa F. Keller Library and Community Center is one of the many branches of the New Orleans Public Library System. We are located in the heart of the Broadmoor Community. Story The New Orleans Public Library inspires the individual and enriches the community through access to information, resources, technology and programming that is delivered by knowledgeable and creative staff.
