About Sparepair provides comprehensive vision and diagnostic medical testing for diseases and age related conditions, as well as glasses and contact lenses. Story Spare pair vision center was established in 1992. The doctor and the staff are committed to making sure that every patient is satisfied with the service and eyewear that they receive. Patients are welcome to call or stop by the office with any concerns or questions that they may have. The office is Handicapped accessible and has parking available in front with additional parking behind the office. Our office accepts payment in cash, checks and credit cards. We accept many insurance plans including Vision Service Plan, Medicare, Davis vision, Spectera, NVA, GHI, Aetna, Eyemed, HIP. We also accept many unions and locals which include UFT, UFA, UFOA, NYCDCC, USA, USAR, and many more.
