About Physical Therapy Story PHYSICAL THERAPY Physical Therapists access strength, balance, coordination, range of motion, bed mobility, transfers "sitting and standing" and ambulation to identify deficits in functional mobility. Our therapists also perform wheelchair evaluations to determine appropriate fit, size, and type of wheelchair as well as seat cushion types. Therapists can also complete home safety evaluations and make recommendations to ensure the safety and contiunued independence of our patients in their homes. OTHER SERVICES - OUTPATIENT FACILITY facility provides Physical Therapy services to a wide range of ages with a variety of conditions, We also bridge the gap from homecare to outpatient services by providing a continuum of care, taking your therapy to the next level. MASSAGE THERAPY- We offer massage therapy by certified massage therapists on site. Not covered by Medicare. Call to Schedule an appointment.
