About Dr. Bombay's Underwater Tea Party is a tea house located in Candler Park. The shop is also the home of The Learning Tea. TheLearningTea.com Story Dr. Bombay's Underwater Tea Party is a tea and coffee shop that has been open in Candler Park for nine years. Dr. Bombay's is also the home of The Learning Tea. The Learning Tea's mission is to provide life scholarships to impoverished young women in India by giving them the opportunity to continue their education through university. The Learning Tea pays for complete living expenses and tuition for these young scholars within a stable, safe dormitory home.
