Her favorite food in the whole wide world is cake! Erin has a bigger sweet tooth than a honey bee! She's always got something in the oven, ready to test new methods and flavor combinations. She worked in a bakery in Indiana prior to starting Pêche Petite and loves the scientific aspect of baking. She loves cats, pandas, and cake!
