About We sell vacuum cleaners, parts, and supplies. In addition, we service most brands of vacuum cleaners, and provide a one-year limited warranty on repairs. Story Established in 1968 My father, Fred E. Blanchard, started off selling Kirby vacuum cleaners in the fifties. He then, moved on to start the first Kirby service center in this area, back in 1960. In 1968, it became Blanchard Sales & Service. In 1974, I, Chris Blanchard, got my start selling Kirby vacuums, and soon learned the trade of repairing them from my father, expanding to all brands in the 1980s. I am proud to continue the tradition of uncompromising service that I, and my family stand behind today.
