Story Shawn Gingrich is the owner and lead coach at Lion's Den Fitness Atlanta. He is a AFPA Certified Personal Trainer who offers 1-1 and 2-1 Personal Training, Group Fitness Classes, Bootcamps, Corporate Training Programs, and more. Shawn’s passion lies in individual and group training, individual weight loss and muscle conditioning, and nutrition. Ben Reale, Director of Personal Training and NASM Certified Personal Trainer, has an impressive background which includes a Juris Doctorate degree, and current service in the United States Marine Corps Reserve. Ben is a NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) Certified Personal Trainer and a Crossfit Level 1 Trainer. Ben specializes in HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), bodyweight, and combat conditioning workouts and is eager to share his style of training with Lion's Den Fitness Atlanta clients. Ben offers 1-1 Personal Training services and coaches several classes a week. Trevor Primo is a NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) Certified Personal Trainer who teaches group classes and conducts 1-1 and 2-1 Personal Training at Lion's Den Fitness. Trevor comes to us with an esteemed background as a United States Marine and a civilian law enforcement officer. Trevor specializes in HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), muscle building, and weight loss.
