About ALAC: Investing in a Legacy for our Community of Latino Arts & Culture in the "Heart of Downtown Phoenix." Story ALAC is a cultural center that promotes and preserves Latino~Mexican~Xicano~Indigenous Arts & Cultures. Featuring a main gallery, "La Galeria 147" and two smaller galleries, "El Rincon" and "La Campilla" plus a small performing stage, "Teatro Galeria." ~1st Friday Programs @ALAC; ARTE.Sabados for Children Classes. FREE & OPEN to the Public every month of the year, 6-9:00 PM. ~La Tiendita Gift Shop: Featuring original art by local artists and artisans; some imports from Mexico and includes handmade by local artists. ~ALAC Services: 1.
