About My practice provides general eye care services as well as specialty service in eye surgery and eye plastic surgery (oculoplastic/reconstructive) Story Dr. Teresa Shenouda offers quality eye care with a friendly and personal touch. Dr. Shenouda believes that each patient is unique and should be given a personalized experience based on his/her eye care needs. Dr. Shenouda is a board-certified ophthalmologist (Eye MD) with fellowship training in oculoplastic and reconstructive surgery. She is an assistant professor in the department of ophthalmology at Eastern Virginia Medical School where she supervises and teaches residents.
