About The original meal prep service in Indianapolis. We offer meals that are Paleo friendly and Macro friendly as well. We currently deliver to over 40 spots! Story Artie's OnTheGo is a service that is being provided in the Indianapolis area for people who desire to fuel their temple. I believe that the key to eating healthy is just as much about application as it is knowledge. We will be bringing in different selections of food that are 100% Paleo friendly to different locations around the city. What is "Paleo"? Well, we are glad you asked! The Paleolithic diet (aka paleo diet) is centered on commonly available modern foods, the "contemporary" Paleolithic diet consists mainly of fish, grass-fed pasture raised meats, vegetables, fruit, roots, and nuts, and excludes grains, legumes, dairy products, salt, refined sugar, and processed oils. Our goal is to provide a healthy meal at a reasonable price to the community. The truth is that while Paleo is mainly seen in the CrossFit family it would be beneficial to anyone trying to better their quality of life. If you are like us, then we bet that most of your decisions on food intake are based on accessibility. Why do we pull through the drive through windows of countless fast food places day after day? Because it’s “fast” and “easy”…right? Our goal isn't for you to just buy my food. It is to help you see that you have the power to choose to fight the “norm” that society tells us is acceptable. The bible says that “our body is a temple”(1Corinthians 6:19) and I believe that we can all understand that whether we are a Christian or not. Artie’s OnTheGo is currently selling complete “Paleo friendly” meals in several locations around around the city so please check and see if we're in your area.
