About I practice in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Injury work and Pre and Perinatal Massage. When the body and mind are in harmony, life will be too. Story I am a 2011 graduate of Advanced Massage Therapeutics in Louisville, KY. My specialties include deep tissue and myofascial work along with injury work, especially shoulders and backs. I have additional certification in pre-and perinatal massage and Reflexology. Having a strong anatomy background helps me focus on the root of client issues, but it is not uncommon for me to place focus on the breath and include energy balancing during a typical session. I also assist clients increase joint mobility through stretching, limb shaking and compression. Breathe in and Let Go!
