About Patisserie, Coffee & Tea Shop. Wholesale French Bakery by Pastry Chef Damien Herrgott. Story Bosie Bakery is a wholesale commissary bakery. We also have a mix of a French Patisserie (made onsite by renowned chef Damien Herrgott), Coffee Shop (serving Toby's Estate coffee), and Tea Shop (serving l'Âge de Thé teas) in East Harlem.
