About Fusion Gym is a personal training studio and Exercise Rehab Gym. With SMART training you can achieve STRONG performance and minimize injuries. Story Fusion Gym is not your regular gym...we are located in a sports medicine clinic. We are more than a personal training studio--we are a fully functional exercise rehab facility. Our trainers follow the Functional Movement System which measures a person's movement abilities and gives them a score. Based on the resulting score, our trainers will put together a training plan that will help you achieve exceptional results quickly and safely. We offer one-on-one and semi-private personal training sessions. We also offer small team fitness classes focusing combining cardio, strength building, fundamental movements and everything else needed to help you reach your goals. These classes are never more than 10 people in size to ensure each person is able to receive personal guidance from our trainers.
