Story Villa Nova Restaurant has not moved from its present location for the thirty years since the late Chef Giorgio Chrimat first opened the doors for the business. Since then it has gathered a book full of stories about many customers and employees that created for the restaurant a family-like Legacy. Coinciding with this personal touch there has continued a legacy of high-end food preperations cooked individually in a distinctly European manner by Executive Chef Dale Keefe and Sous Chef John Norquist. Many of this preparations have remained on the menu since Giorgio's first day of the business. Perhaps Villa Nova may not appeal to everyone, but it has maintained a devoted following of customers that no matter how far away go, they continue to return when possible for a Fine Dining Experience mixed with bit of welcome reminiscing.
