About I am a doctor specializing in manual bodywork to care for the body structure. Story The type of bodywork I practice is Osteopathic Manual Medicine(OMM). Many common conditions are caused by imbalances in the body structure. OMM is designed to resolve these imbalances. Pain is the most common, a typical result of strains in the body structure. However, these strains may also constrain nerves, lymphatics, and the vascular system, which supply all of the organs of the body. The fact that virtually all conditions have a structural component as either a cause or an effect makes OMM a versatile tool for dealing with the ailments we all experience. I will see patients for joint pain (Back, neck, shoulder, knee, hip), headaches (including migraines), MVA sequelae, post partum back pain, diabetic gastroparesis, sports injuries, Iritable bowel syndrome, fibromyalgia, recurrent ear infections, birth trauma resulting in irritability, poor sleeping, or problems nursing, pains associated with pregnancy, plantar fasciitis, chronic pain as a result of surgery, tendonitis of all types, and more.
